Mr. Burnside and his team of professional consultants managed the project through the city processes expertly and delivered to us a building on budget, and within the desired time frame.
Dolyn was also very useful in assessing future tenants' needs and our capability of satisfying them within our building, and further was very instrumental in working with financiers to help bring about a satisfactory end to a rather complicated matter.
We are very pleased with the services that Dolyn Developments Inc., provided and are extremely pleased with the building, which now houses our dental clinic and numerous tenants.
