We entered into a design/build competition for Local 93's Administrative/Union Hall/Training Center. We were chosen and built the new facility of which they are immensely proud, as are we.

The contractor's ability to organize trades and expedite the work demonstrated a clear understanding of all aspects of the construction process and the ability to respond to the specific priorities of the owner.
In our opinion, Dolyn Developments Inc. is a capable contractor and has the capacity to manage the logistics and execution required for successful project completion.
